Wendy Ogilvie Courgette Spaghetti
Take 2 courgettes, a tablespoon of pesto ans some cooked chicken. Spiral cut the courgette steam and mix with chicken and pesto…ta dah!
I did a short video showing how I made the courgette spaghetti, but it appears that I am unable to download it. This is probably due to the fact that I have no idea what I’m doing!
The machine I used is a Lurch Spirali spiral cutter. You can also get hand held spiral cutters. Not as easy or as much fun to use but they do the job.
