Wendy Ogilvie Novel Progress
After spending time writing my novel instead of going out on a Friday night, imagine how upset I was when I returned the next After day and couldn’t find my last 800 words! 😦
Now, I use Scrivener, which is fantastic as it saves as soon as you stop typing for 2 seconds. It also backs up on closing. I usually save it to a USB also but was rushing and forgot. However, I have complete faith in Scrivener, so after much sulking and downing a large bacon sandwich, I went in search of my text. And guess what? I found it.
I am not good with computers but I feel like an IT genius. So where was it? – In some programme I have never heard of under wordpad! I have no idea how it got there but I was one happy chicken I can tell you.
