My Fitness Book
I have nearly completed my fitness and training book, designed for women over 40. It contains lots of humour as I think we like to laugh a lot more, the older we get. It contains a 12-week training programme and diary for the reader to complete each day.
I am really proud of it, as is my writing tutor, but I fear now comes the hard part… getting it published!
So, I am going to use this blog to track my journey into the great world of publishing. I will try and answer questions like:
- Shall I approach an agent or a publishing house?
- Do I need to write the index or are there special people for that?
- Who is going to improve my stick-like diagrams?
- Do I need to get my own photographer?
